I’m inviting you to help create a composite film made entirely from crowd-sourced footage of plants—a testimony to the aliveness of the Earth!

To make this piece feel cohesive while still honoring your unique eye, here are some simple guidelines:

🎥 How to Film

• Orientation: Please film in horizontal (landscape).

• Framing: Let the plant be the clear subject, filling about half to most of the frame. Center it, or place it slightly off-center.

• Stability: Hold your camera as still as possible. If you can, rest your arms or use a tripod.

• Duration Record 5-10 seconds per clip. Start recording, settle in, and hold the shot.
• Focus & Light: Tap your screen to focus on the plant. Natural light is best—morning or evening if possible. Avoid harsh midday sun or heavy shadows.

🌿 Movement (Optional)

If you’d like to move the camera, keep it very slow and intentional:

A gentle push in
A slow arc around the plant

Stillness is just as welcome.

🎨 Background

Choose a setting where the plant stands out:

Simple, calm backgrounds are ideal
Avoid clutter or bright distractions

🌱 A Shared Intention

Before filming, take a brief moment with the plant.

Approach it as if you are introducing us to a being, not just capturing an object.
Let there be a sense of presence, of quiet relationship.
